Event Registration Terms & Conditions

  1. Payments: All bookings made prior to the conference must be paid before the conference in full to guarantee registration. Once payment has been received, an email confirmation and a receipt of payment will be sent. If payment method is not made at the time of booking, registration will be provisional. Bookings received less than two weeks before the conference date can only be booked online and paid using a debit or credit card
  2. Early Bird Fee: To qualify for any 'early bird' rates, booking in invoice or credit card must be received before the deadline date listed in the conference marketing material
  3. Substitution & Cancellations: Delegates may nominate an alternative person from their organisation to attend up to 24 hours prior to the start of the event, at no extra charge if the substitute person is working in the same company. Exceptions can be made in dialog with MatchCorp. Should substitution not be possible, cancellation charges apply as follows: 4 weeks or more prior to start of event: 10% of the delegate fee; 2 to 4 weeks prior to start of event: 50% of the delegate fee; 2 weeks or less prior to start of event: 100% of the delegate fee. If the cancellation is done prior to 2 weeks before the conference start, the delegate can transfer the ticket to any of MatchCorp ́s events executed in duration of one year after the event that delegate signed for. All substitutions and cancellations must be received in writing
  4. Access Requirements: Delegates should advise of any special access requirements at the time of registration
  5. Registration Information: Registration information will be sent to registered delegates by email within 3 working days after registering. Any delegate not receiving the registration information should contact us by email to info@matchCorp.com.
  6. Alterations to Program – Event Cancellation/Postponement:
    • - MatchCorp reserves the right to make alterations to the conference program, venue and timings
    • - In the unlikely event of the program being cancelled by MatchCorp, a full refund will be made or the ticket will be transferred to another MatchCorp event by choosing of the delegate. Liability willbe limited to the amount of the fee paid by the delegate
    • - In the event of it being found necessary, for whatever reason, that theconference is being postponed or the dates being changed, the organisers shall not be liable for any expenditure, damage or loss incurred by the delegate
    • - If by re-arrangement or postponement the event can take place, the booking between the delegate and the organisers shall remain in force and will be subject to the cancellation schedule in paragraph 3
  7. Speakers: Views expressed by speakers are their own. MatchCorp cannot accept liability for advice given, or views expressed, by any speaker at the conference or in any material provided to delegates
  8. Photography & Filming: For promotional purposes, there may be a professional photographer and video production taking place during the conference. Delegates who do not wish to be filmed or recorded should advise the organisers by email to info@matchCorp.com prior to the event
  9.  Data Protection: By submitting registration details, delegates agree to allow MatchCorp and few selected sponsoring companies of the conference to potentially contact them regarding their services by email. MatchCorp and those selected sponsors of the conference, are obligated to provide opt-out from their mailing list. Delegates who do not wish to receive such communications please email info@matchCorp.com. The general contact details (name, title, organisation, email) ofregistered delegates will be placed on the attendee list which will be passed to selected sponsoring companies for them to see who was at the conference in and for the purpose of post event follow up and offerings. Delegates who do not wish to be included on this list should send an email to info@matchCorp.com. Except in the listed instances and specifications above, MatchCorp does not share any delegate personal or contact information of any sort, with sponsors or third party companies. In case of MatchCorp using an event application for the conference, limited delegate details (name, title, organisation) will be visible in the event application. The application is used for event information sharing, networking activities, experience management, surveys and meetings. In the event application, it is up to the delegate to complete the full contact details.
  10. Insurance: It is the responsibility of the delegate to arrange appropriate insurance cover in connection with their attendance at the conference. MatchCorp cannot be held liable for any loss, liability or damage to personal property
